Cats and dogs age faster than humans, and so do serious medical conditions. Annual check-ups are recommended for juvenile and adult patients, and semi-annual (every 6 months) check-ups are recommended for seniors.
Our patients don’t always tell us when something is wrong. Wellness check-ups allow us to assess for early changes indicating a larger issue brewing, get baseline labwork (unchanged by acute illness), and administer vaccines as needed.
